Visibly Intoxicated Patrons

Visibly intoxicated patrons may be denied entry from any of the stops along our route. Passengers who are displaying any signs of aggression or behavior that is disrupting the experience of other passengers will be removed from the trolley immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger at our discretion without a refund.

Open Alcoholic Containers

Open alcoholic containers are prohibited on the trolley. Any passenger in possession of an open container will be removed from the trolley immediately.

At Lakeside Trolley, our goal is to provide a memorable experience to everyone visiting the Finger Lakes. To protect our goals, we reserve the right to refuse service of any passengers without a refund.

Inclement Weather

Our trolleys are climate controlled, with air conditioning & heat.; we operate rain or shine. On days with inclement weather, we strongly advise scheduling tastings in advance for any wineries along your route. Only during extreme circumstances where the trolleys are not safe to be on the road, will we cancel service. In this event, we will gladly exchange or refund your ticket.
