Buy a pass online or at our ticket booth.
Get your wristband when you arrive.
Hop off at the scheduled stops (wineries, breweries, etc.).
The trolley comes back about every hour.
The Trolley Returns to the ticket booth at day’s end.

Not via online booking. For groups of 10 or more, please call us at 607‑302‑1494 to check availability.

Can we drink alcohol on the trolley?
No. Open alcohol is prohibited by New York State law. Any passenger with an open container will be removed and their ticket voided. -
No full‑size coolers.
Yes small cooler bags that fit under your seat (12” high).
Any leaking or bulky items will be removed to keep things clean and comfortable.

No. The trolley runs on a fixed loop, stopping at each location about once an hour.

Guests may board at Glenora Wine Cellars only on West‑side days
and by advance arrangement. -
If you have your QR code (emailed/texted), just show it for scanning—then we’ll fit you with your wristband.
If you don’t, we’ll look you up by name at the ticket booth and get you set.

Trolley tours: Runs every hour—just catch the next loop (If there is no room on that trolley, you may have to wait an additional hour).
Luxury shuttles: Stick to your scheduled time. If you miss it, you’ll need alternate transport.

Yes—if available. Popular dates often sell out weeks ahead, so we recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your spot.

Our vehicles run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and you decide your own pace:
Quick stop: 1 hour at one location
Full day: Stay on board and explore as many stops as you like until 7:00 PM

No. Pets aren’t permitted, ensuring safety and comfort for all guests.
Our Policies
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
We’re happy to offer refunds for cancellations based on the type of tour you’ve booked:
Friday & Saturday Tours: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour, minus a $2 processing fee.
Curated Tours (Sunday–Thursday): Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour, minus the $2 processing fee.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after these deadlines.
Weather Policy
Our tours run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that we deem unsafe for travel, we will notify guests of cancellation and offer rescheduling options.
Safety and Conduct Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, disruptive behavior and excessive noise are not permitted. Passengers are expected to follow the instructions of the trolley driver at all times.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for processing your reservation and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled departure. Guests who miss the trolley may join the next available trolley.
Lost and Found Policy
Lost items will be kept for 30 days. If you've left something behind, please contact us with a description of the item.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the trolley, with the exception of service animals. Please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Visibly Intoxicated Patrons Policy
Enjoy responsibly. Disruptive or belligerent behavior due to overconsumption will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave the trolley to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all.
Open Alcoholic Containers
Open alcoholic containers are not permitted on the trolley at any time.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Refunds will not be offered for violation of any of these policies.
