Can we drink alcohol on the trolley?
No. Open alcohol is prohibited by New York State law. Any passenger with an open container will be removed and their ticket voided. -
No full‑size coolers.
Yes small cooler bags that fit under your seat (12” high).
Any leaking or bulky items will be removed to keep things clean and comfortable.

No. The trolley runs on a fixed loop, stopping at each location about once an hour.

All of our Seneca Lake tours start only at our ticket booth located in Watkins Glen.
Keuka Lake tours board at our ticket booth in Watkins Glen, at the Microtel in Penn Yan and at the Best Western in Hammondsport.
At this time, we do not offer any special pickup requests. -
If you have your QR code (emailed/texted), just show it for scanning—then we’ll fit you with your wristband.
If you don’t, we’ll look you up by name at the ticket booth and get you set.

Trolley tours: Tickets sell out fast and missing your start time might mean forfeiting your tickets (please call us at 607-302-1494).
Luxury shuttles: Stick to your scheduled time. If you miss it, you’ll need alternate transport.

No problem—come to our ticket booth, and we’ll pull up your reservation by name so you can board.

Yes—if available. Popular dates often sell out weeks ahead, so we recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your spot.

Our tours range from 6 hours to 7.5 hours.
Each tour has a different length. Please check the tour times when purchasing tickets to more precise timing. -
No. Pets aren’t permitted, ensuring safety and comfort for all guests.
Lakeside Trolley Policies
When purchasing tickets with Lakeside Trolley, the cost includes transportation only. Tastings, food and merchandise will be paid directly to each establishment either in advance or the day of the tour.
Guest Conduct & Safety
• Open containers of alcohol, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited aboard all Lakeside Trolley vehicles.
• Pets are not permitted on board.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Visibly intoxicated individuals may be refused boarding or removed from the tour at staff discretion.
• Lakeside Trolley staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest.
Logistics & Scheduling
• Guests must arrive at their scheduled pick-up location at least 10 minutes before departure. The trolley operates on a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
• Guests who miss the trolley or shuttle are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Group Policy
• Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 people. Larger groups, whether tickets are purchased together or separately, may be refused service at participating establishments.
Responsibility & Liability
• Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced.
• Lakeside Trolley is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings.
• Lakeside Trolley reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damage or cleaning fees caused by your party.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason related to violation of these policies.
Media & Marketing
• By participating in the tour, you grant Lakeside Trolley permission to use any photographs or videos taken during your experience for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform staff at check-in.
